Prioritize wise use of taxpayer dollars with full transparency.
Ensure we’re using a curriculum that truly prepares students for success in life, work, and higher education.
Classrooms should be safe spaces for learning, not social experiments.
Parents and the community deserve clear, honest communication from their school board.
Miguel Lluberes is a husband, father, and experienced HR professional committed to serving students, teachers, and families in the Dover Area. Known for resolving workplace issues with fairness and compassion, he brings a calm, commonsense voice to the school board. He’s not a politician — just a neighbor who believes Dover’s kids deserve the best.
Every student deserves a safe and supportive environment in which to grow. I am committed to implementing policies that protect our children in every aspect.
Parents should have a strong voice in education. I believe in transparent and respectful collaboration with families to ensure their perspectives are valued.
District funds should be used wisely and transparently. I take stewardship seriously and support responsible spending that prioritizes the needs of our students.
With real-world HR experience, I bring practical solutions, fair policies, and clear communication. I’m committed to fostering a culture of respect, teamwork, and trust.
I’m a husband and father of three current Dover students, a proud alumnus of Dover Area High School (Class of 2005), and a dedicated healthcare professional with 16 years of experience as an X-ray technician. I’ve built my career around helping others, whether that’s through patient care, collaboration on healthcare committees, or daily conversations with people from all walks of life. Speaking with the public and making sure they’re cared for is where I thrive. It’s not just what I do – it’s what I enjoy most.
I believe in honesty, common sense, and doing what’s right for our families and community. As a parent and taxpayer, I care deeply about the direction of our schools and the well-being of our children, teachers, and neighbors.
I believe school boards should be made up of parents and taxpayers who not only have the skills to do the job but who are motivated by a sincere desire to serve our students, educators, and the community – not outside agendas. We need to return our schools to their true purpose: educating our children in academics and real-world skills, not political indoctrination.
